We understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary. We request that you reschedule or cancel your reserved services with at least 48 hours notice.
We reserve the right to bill for the full amount of services scheduled on no shows or late cancellation of appointments.  A credit card guarantee may be requested at the time of scheduling your appointment.  All laser appointments must be paid in advance at the time of booking.
